Returns & Exchanges

Returns:

Thanks Hooman is happy to offer its online customers a return or an exchange for damaged or faulty items purchased online.

Returns or exchanges are accepted on goods within 14 days from the date of purchase and will require proof of purchase. If your item is damaged, faulty, or different from how it was described follow these easy steps:

1. Send a photo(S) of damaged/faulty product to thanks.hooman.aus@gmail.com along with your order reference number.

2. Once the item/s have been reviewed, we will email you your options.

3. If a refund is determined as the best outcome, you will be issued directly to the credit card used for the purchase.

4. Email notification will be sent once the return has been processed

Exchanges:

Thanks Hooman is happy to offer its online customers an exchange for unused items purchased online.

Exchanges are accepted on goods within 14 days from the date of purchase and will require proof of purchase. Item(s) must be unused.

If you wish to exchange your item/s please follow these easy steps:

1. Contact us at thanks.hooman.aus@gmail.com with the order number and details of your purchase.

2. Change of mind or error on the customer’s behalf may be exchanged however some/all postage will not be refunded.

3. Once the item/s have been received and reviewed, we will email you your options.

4. If a refund is determined as the best outcome, you will be issued directly to the credit card used for the purchase.

5. Postage for a new (exchanged) product will be covered in part/all by the customer.

Cancelling Orders and Returns:

If you wish to cancel your online order with Thanks Hooman then please contact us within 6 hours of placing the order. Once items have been despatched, we cannot cancel the order.

To receive a refund, please follow the return policy steps above.

Our returns policy can be changed without notice.

Shipping

Where does Thanks Hooman ship?

Thanks Hooman ships throughout Australia.

We ship within Australia only. You will receive a tracking number once your order is on its way. Signatures are required so please leave a note with your order if you would like it to be left without a signature.

Note our couriers cannot deliver to a PO Box, locked bags, or parcel lockers, so please ensure you include a street delivery address.

How much does shipping cost?

Standard shipping within Australia is $17 per order (gift bag/kit).

Standard shipping within Australia is $13.50 per order (retail, excluding heavy items).

Express shipping within Australia is $22 per order (gift bag/kit).

Express shipping within Australia is $17 per order (retail, excluding heavy items).

Note all shipping costs quoted above are excluding GST.

How long will it take my order to arrive?

Deliveries will leave our warehouse within 24 hours of being placed or the next business day. Business days are Monday through Friday. Orders placed on the weekend or Public holidays will be processed the next business day.

Generally, Australian orders will arrive within 2-7 working days of placing the order. Western Australian or remote deliveries may take longer.

All customers will be notified of the carrier and tracking number.

Which credit cards do we accept?

We accept Mastercard, Visa, and Paypal. All payments are secure.

What happens if I need my delivery urgently?

If you need your order before a certain date contact us to confirm the exact delivery times.

What happens if I entered the wrong address with my order?

Please make sure the address is correct at the time of order. If you think the address may not be correct, do email us immediately at thanks.hooman.aus@gmail.com and we will do our best to assist. However, once your order has left the warehouse we cannot redirect it. If orders are undeliverable and returned to us for any reason, we will either offer to redeliver and charge a redelivery fee or issue a refund less shipping and handling costs ($10 for Australian orders).
