Australian Terms & Conditions:

1.1 It is the customers' responsibility to ensure their delivery details and product order is correct upon checkout.1.2 Our courier’s estimate a delivery time of 2-5 business days to Metropolitan areas upon dispatch from Thanks Hooman.

Australia Post estimates a delivery time of 5–10 working days to rural areas once dispatched from the Thanks Hooman.

Please note that Thanks Hooman does not accept responsibility for delivery delays due to third-party delivery services.

1.2 Once your order has been picked up by our couriers, you will receive an email letting you know that it is now on its way to you.

1.3 All orders require a signature upon delivery unless otherwise stated at the time of order.

1.4 Should delivery be “Returned to Sender” due to an incorrect delivery address provided by the customer or failure to collect the delivery from the designated local post office or courier outlet due to a miss-delivery card being left at the delivery address, the order will incur a return to sender fee and freight charges for the original dispatch are non-refundable.

 

Subscriptions:

When you purchase a subscription you will receive repeat deliveries at the advertised discounted price. The deliveries are based on the subscription duration and frequency that you select.

Subscription terms equate to 2 or more purchases over the selected period of time.

Your payment details will be stored securely and you will be charged for each of these deliveries.

Some subscriptions may auto-renew at the end of their duration.

If you want to change or cancel your subscription, you can do it at any time. Your order confirmation emails have links to your Thanks Hooman account, alternatively, you can log in to your account on our site. You can manage your subscription from there.
